This year the General Assembly passed a bill that will provide up to $300 million annually in new transportation funding to Northern Virginia starting July 1, 2013.
The Northern Virginia Transportation Authority will hold an Open House and Public Hearing on June 20, 2013.

At the open house the public will have the opportunity to review the proposed the proposed FY 2014 project list, ask questions, and make comments. Information on the proposed project lists and the media release announcing the Open House and public hearing can be found at www.thenovaauthority.org
In an effort to seek as much public input as possible, Fairfax County is holding a local Open House with an opportunity to comment on the proposed project lists designed to kick start congestion relief.
