Become a member of the Pimmit Hills Citizens' Association (PHCA). PHCA is a civic organization, not a homeowners association. Our purpose is not to impose restrictions and instead we focus on tracking issues facing the neighborhood and building a strong community.

Membership levels are:

  • RESIDENT (Annual Dues: $20 per member)
    Any one person permanently residing in a single family home located in Pimmit Hills. There may be more than one resident membership per single family home.
  • NON-RESIDENT OWNER (Annual Dues: $20)
    Any person(s) not residing in Pimmit Hills, but owning a single family home in Pimmit Hills. There can only be one (1) non-resident owner membership per single family home.
  • NON-RESIDENT SUPPORTER (Annual dues: $25)
    Organizations or individuals who neither own property nor reside within Pimmit Hills. This category of membership does not include voting privileges.
    Your membership dues help the fund community activities, PHCA neighborhood projects, the Pimmit Hills Dispatch newsletter sent to your homes, and this website which is the central resource and communications vehicle for our neighborhood.

After you join, you'll be able to manage your membership and will soon be able to access the members-only section of this website.

The PHCA Community Meetings are held at the Pimmit Hills Center Lisle Avenue (see Community Events for dates). The meetings start at 7:30 pm and all residents are welcome to attend.

Payment Options

Pay securely online by starting the process below. Payment is done via the website using Stripe or we can receive money via PayPal.

If you'd rather mail a check, please send it to: Pimmit Hills Citizens' Association, 1927 Pimmit Drive, Pimmit, VA 22043. Paying by check will take longer to process.

Resident Member

$20/Year

Subscription period: 1 year - $20.00/Member

Automatically recurring payments.
Payments can be stopped before renewal.
Email notifications received before renewal date.
This is the primary type of membership for all residents currently living in Pimmit Hills.
Purchase multiple memberships per single family home.

Non-Resident Owner

$20/Year

Subscription period: 1 year

Automatically recurring payments.
Payments can be stopped before renewal.
Email notifications received before renewal date.
Any person(s) not residing in Pimmit Hills, but owning a single family home in Pimmit Hills. There can only be one (1) non-resident owner membership per single family home.

Supporter - Non-Resident

$25/Year

Subscription period: 1 year

Automatically recurring payments.
Payments can be stopped before renewal.
Email notifications received before renewal date.
Organizations or individuals who neither own property nor reside within Pimmit Hills. This category of membership does not include voting privileges.

Pimmit Hills, founded in 1950, is located next to the Tysons Corner area in Virginia and is one of the largest communities in Fairfax County with over 1,640 homes.
