To renew your membership, login to the website and click on View Profile at the top. You will see your membership status and a Renew button. This only works if you previously became a paid member via this website.

If you're one of our contacts in the system (i.e. you receive our emails) but not a member yet, login then go back to this Join PHCA page, scroll down to the bottom and complete your membership. Your name and email will automatically appear. If you're one of our contacts but have never logged in, click on the Forgot Password? up at the top right-hand corner and enter the email you have on file with us to obtain your password.

Become a member of the Pimmit Hills Citizens Association (PHCA). Membership levels are:
- RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP (Yearly Dues: $20 per household)
- All homeowners and renters currently living in Pimmit Hills
- 'Family Membership' level only enables two different email addresses to login the website; it does not mean you will have more than one membership
- NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP (Yearly dues: $25 per household)
- Owners of Pimmit Hills houses who don't live in Pimmit Hills
PHCA is a citizens organization, not a homeowners association, so we don't impose any restrictions besides Fairfax County regulations. So when your friends get around the complaining about their high monthly homeowner fees, you can tell them your association's small yearly dues! And you're part of a property-rights neighborhood so no one can tell you what color of paint you have to use or give you a list of the kinds and colors of plants you're allowed to plant in your yard (true story!).
The more members we have, the stronger our voice is in Fairfax County. Your participation is vital and important to help PHCA track and respond to issues facing the community, our home values, area traffic and development and more.
Your membership dues help the fund community activities, PHCA neighborhood projects, the Pimmit Hills Dispatch newsletter sent to your homes (it takes 75 $20 memberships to cover the cost of each issue, and this membership website (costs $100/month) which is the central resource and communications vehicle for our neighborhood. The PHCA Community Meetings are held at the Pimmit Hills Center Lisle Avenue (see Community Events for dates). The meetings start at 7:30 pm and all homeowners and renters are welcome to attend.
