About Us

Welcome to the Pimmit Hills neighborhood located in Falls Church, Virginia. Founded in May 1950, Pimmit Hills is one of the oldest and largest communities in Fairfax County. Our 1,642+ homes amidst beautiful mature trees have an ideal location bordered by the Beltway, Route 7 and Route 123 near McLean, VA and Tyson's Corner.

The Pimmit Hills Citizens Association (PHCA) is a member of the McLean Citizens Association. PHCA Town Meetings are held  on the first Tuesday of every month at the Pimmit Hills High School on Lisle Avenue. The meetings start at 7:30 pm and both homeowners and renters are welcome to attend. We are not a Homeowners association but a CITIZENS association so we don't impose any restrictions besides Fairfax County regulations.

Please join our email list to be notified of what's happening in our community, including meetings, events, Tysons Corner Task Force news, police notices, etc.

Our yearly voluntary membership dues are $12 per person or $20 for a family. The dues help pay for PHCA events throughout the year plus occasional Pimmit Hills Dispatch newsletters mailed to every home.
